The Siddha of Jaffina:- The third Siddha hailed from Jaffina. His real name was unknown as in the case of Kulla-c-cami & many other Siddhas. He was commonly called Yalpanattu-c-cami, i.e., swami from Jaffna. He was a daring inani, who never forgot the feet of Devi, the goddess. He was the same Cosmic Dancer of Chidambaram. He was a boat of wisdom (jnana-t-toni) to redeem even the sinners across the ocean of birth. He showered immense grace through his benign eyes on Bharati at Pondicherry. Bharati firmly believed that total surrender unto the feet of the Siddha, thinking him nothing less than Isvara & Samkara would fetch one all attainments (sarva-siddhi).109 Kuvalai-k-kannan:- The fourth Siddha whom Bharati met during his dwelling at Pondichreey was Kuvalai-k-kannan. Bharati praises him to be the Lord of Kailash, mounted on the bull. Though the Siddha was born in the Brahmin caste, he denounced the caste hierarchy & treated the outcaste and others equally without any discrimination. All the hermits & ascetice were the friends of Kuvalai-k-kannan, while the celestials were his devotees. He was an undaunted hero. It was he who brought the Sidda of Jaffina to his residence stated that he decorated his heart with the lotus feet of Kuvalai-k-kannan, and felt simultaneously the sense of eternal liberation.110 Bharati winded up the narration related to his association with the aforesaid Siddha with sanguine note. He affirmed that due to intense devotion to the preceptors, he was freed from fear & bondage. In addition, he obtained the grace of Siva-sakti & attained the staus of the celestials on earth. He confessed that unlike many kings who engaged in the destructive activities finally fel down due to ego & pride, the jnanis who neither languished nor feared, without doing any sort of injury to anybody were the real kings to persons like Bharati.
